Welcome to Denise and Michael's personal web pages. First published on 1st April 2010 using adobe flash, but incompatability problems meant it had to be overhauled and republished in December 2011. The site mostly contains photographs and videos we have taken or had taken for us over the years - either family events or holidays, but we've also included notes on how this site was built which may (or may not help). Based on HTML, CSS and Javascript (relying heavily on the JQuery library). We hope you enjoy.
The ISP that hosts this site is called Justhost. They are relatively cheap and very easy to set up and use, they also sorted out our domain name.

Hopefully you will find navigating the site intuitive, but just in case a quick explanation follows.....
The main navigation links (photo, videos and maps parent buttons) are located on a single horizontal line, see above (links are also available in the sidebar menu). Clicking one of these will present you with several more buttons. These will appear on the same horizontal line but further to the right of the main buttons (note they are colour co-ordinated with their parent button), these give you further navigation options. By clicking one of these "sub" menu buttons you will either pull up the linked web page, or be presented with further option buttons. You can navigate the sub menu using the previous next or back buttons.
