Monteray Bay - 2009
When we arrived in San Francisco we hopped into our hire car and made our way down the Cabrillo Highway towards Santa Cruz and Monteray Bay, the idea was to enjoy views of the California Coast and we weren't disappointed. A Nights stay in Santa Cruz, we were fortunate enough to enjoy a fireworks display, it was the end of the school term. So we made our way to the pier and got a great view of the celebrations. Unfortunately we didn't realise this was happening when we arrived so left the hotel without our Camera or Video Camera. There was also a boardwalk, and of course Denise couldn't resist on trying out the old wooden roller coaster. Next day was the real reason for going to Santa Cruz, Dolphin and Whale watching in Monteray Bay, there is nothing better than seeing these creatures in their natural environment.
